Our new PLASTOFUSED PRO is equipped with a LCD-display which shows the set temperature and the real temperature. We can reach higher temperatures by using a lower nitrogen volume as this is the key to be able to achive a good bonding. With this we get the plastic faster up to its own melding flow index (MFI) which then makes it ideal for bonding. With the special designed flat welding strip we created a tool for a quick, simple and high quality plastic-repair.

The PRO version uses nitrogen which can be supplied by a foot pedal. During the repair process no oxygen gets to the weld, which is another advantage of welding with nitrogen. Thus, the plastic does not burn if the device is not set correctly. The result is a „protective film“ around the weld which keeps oxygen away. Nevertheless, a difference between the use of air or nitrogen is noticeable. Mainly there is a difference in the flexibility and mobility.
The ideal interaction of temperature and airflow obtains an excellent repair result. The Melting-Stripes are heated to the ideal temperature to reach a strong hold. A fusion of the thermoplasts arises. So you can save the costs and time to order new parts.
In the case of welding plastic it is very important to be precise. For this reason the handle is designed like a pen. The handle is much thicker than a pen however it convinced through a pleasant surface and a firm hold. The thin nozzle allows better view of the workspace. The air flow is led with high precision to the thermoplast.
During the phase of development we put a large valve to an ideal constant temperature. The bulge around the clip is very significant. This effect enables a strong hold of the clamp inside the plastic. In fact of this leading automotive manufacturers give this plastic repair kit an approval.
Thermoplastics are plastics that can be deformed within a certain temperature range. This is a major advantage in repairing parts like bumpers, headlamps, etc. However,since not all of these plastomers have the same melting point, the temperature of our PLASTOFUSED can be adjusted manually to the various thermoplastics at the touch of a button.
PLASTOFUSED PRO is the first plastic welding system possessing a precision pressure regulator to ensure the ideal pressure during the whole repair process. This guarantees an optimal fusion of the thermoplasts. Independent of the incoming pressure the air flow remains constant inside the nozzle. We used high quality components — Made in Germany.
We try to design products to simplify your work flow. After pushing the standby-button the cooling system starts automatically and stops, when the air nozzle cooled down. After this cooling process the unit disconnect automatically.
PLASTOFUSED PRO does not constantly supply nitrogen. This is manual controllable by a foot switch. We sheet a special safety mechanism, which noticed the emptiness of the nitrogen bottle to avoid damages by overheating. Of course PLASTOFUSED PRO is usable without nitrogen.
A main problem of head-lights are cracked mountings. The lights are working but at the same time you can not attach it. On that score we designed the PLASTOFUSED-System. Repair demaged mountings instead of paying expensive head-lights.
