Our new PLASTOFUSED Next Pro Version is equipped with a LCD-display which shows the set temperature and the real temperature. We can reach higher temperatures by using a lower nitrogen volume as this is the key to be able to achive a good bonding. With this we get the plastic faster up to its own melding flow index (MFI) which then makes it ideal for bonding. With the special designed flat welding strip we created a tool for a quick, simple and high quality plastic-repair.

Easy operation

In the case of welding plastic it is very important to be precise. For this reason the handle is designed like a pen. The handle is much thicker than a pen however it convinced through a pleasant surface and a firm hold. The thin nozzle allows better view of the workspace. The air flow is led with high precision to the thermoplast.
